Contest must see 50+ entrants to activate. Must be 18 or older to participate and to win. No purchase or payment necessary to enter to win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility: Contest open to residents of Washington State only who are 18+ years of age. Winner’s pie delivery address must be within 15 miles of the city of Seattle.

 2. Contest Schedule: 5:00 p.m. PST on January 25, 2021 to 11:59 p.m. on February 8, 2021. Winner will be announced by email by February 11, 2021.

3. How to Enter: Entrants who are eligible visit https://bit.ly/2LUzM4b during the Promotion Period and follow the prompts for entry.

4. Use of Information: when you enter to win, you are giving Ryan Leyva Homes (RyanLeyvaHomes.com) the right to add your email address to its email list for relevant industry news, home improvement tips, design inspiration, and more. 5. Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected after February 8, 2021 before February 11, 2021 from among all the eligible entries received. Winner will be selected randomly from the eligible entries received using random.org.  Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email. We will try to email the winner but we cannot guarantee the winner will receive the email.  If a winner does not email us back (reply to our email) within 48 hours, another winner will be chosen. Another winner will be chosen (with 24 hours to respond) until a winner responds and accepts the prize. No winner will be chosen if less than 50 people participate in this contest.

6. Prize: Winner will receive the fresh pie of their choosing as stated in the contest application. The pie will be delivered at a mutually agreeable date and time and Ryan Leyva is committed to safety and proper, agreed-to curbside drop-off.
